25ml bowmore islay scotch, 25ml Cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg infused Pomme verte Apple liqueur dash of egg white, 2 barspoons of caster sugar, 25ml lemon juice and Shaken and charged with soda.

25ml Jose Cuervo traditional Tequila, 18.5ml Grand Marnier, 25ml lime juice, 1 barspoon of sugar, Shaken and charged with Modelo Mexican lager and drizzled Chambord liqueur.

37.5ml Sagatiba cachaca, 18.5ml Agavero liqueur, 2 barspoons of orgeat almond syrup, 18.5ml lime juice, 25ml passion fruit puree and 11/2 barspoons brown sugar.

37.5ml Sagatiba cachaca, 50ml fresh yogurt, 2 barspoons honey, 1/2 banana, 1 barspoon brown sugar and 25ml mango juice.
